Exports and GST
All our listed prices include Australian GST (10%). While exports can sometimes be sold GST-free, we do not process GST-free export sales or GST refunds.
The reason is that GST-free exports require significant additional administration, including:

Coordinating directly with shipping companies and freight forwarders

Completing export declarations and customs paperwork

Liaising with couriers and government agencies

Retaining detailed compliance records for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
These processes are complex, time-consuming, and designed for businesses that specialise in exporting. As a result, we keep our operations simple and efficient by treating all orders the same — GST included.
If you are based outside Australia, please be aware that you may also be liable for import duties, GST, or other taxes in your own country, which are separate from Australian GST.
